BreakThru turns your brain dumps into one task at a time. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.

Information We Collect

• Account. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email (or Apple's private relay email) to create and secure your account.
• Your tasks and brain dumps. The text and voice recordings you create are used to extract, prioritize, and surface your tasks. Recordings are processed for transcription. Task content is stored in your account so the app works across sessions.
• Usage data. Basic, non-identifying diagnostic data to keep the app reliable.

How Your Data Is Processed

We share the minimum necessary with these providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Apple for Sign in with Apple authentication.
• OpenAI to transcribe voice recordings and extract and prioritize tasks from your text. Input is used only to return your result.
• Supabase for secure database and storage of your account and tasks.
• Google Firebase for app infrastructure.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your tasks or recordings for advertising.

Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data from Settings in the app, or email us to delete it at any time.

Children

BreakThru is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
